A self-help book that introduces readers to the concept of overcoming your fears. The author explains how living in the moment can help prevent anxiety and stress. Using other techniques such as visualisation and meditation can allow help.

There were a few grammatical errors that made me think the author was not a native English speaker, but it was still reasonably easy to read. Numerous references and quotes made it obvious that the author had researched extensively, there was even a great speech from J. K. Rowling. It was a good read that makes you think about the fears that control your own life, though I would have liked more detail for each technique and step. I give it 4/5.
